With its cast iron construction, 5HP motor, and 12k RPM BT-30 spindle, this machine is designed to mill everything from wood to hardened steel, and everything in between.  We designed a VMC to address the inefficiencies associated with high-mix, low-volume type work. We’ve built the ideal CNC mill to allow micro-fabricators, small-business owners, and other makers to create professional-level parts in-house without spending an arm and a leg. Our mill lowers the barrier to entry for any business in the manufacturing field.

We developed a hybrid frame design, that incorporates the advantages of both gantry and column based machines, redistributing forces and maximizing the rigidity of each axis.  This gantry design also allows for a compact footprint, small enough to fit through a standard residential door, and movable anywhere with just a pallet jack. Additionally, the mill doesn’t need industrial power connections- it’s built to run on a standard 30A, 240V breaker.

Finally, all machines come fully-assembled with all essential components, so you’re ready to cut right out of the box. That means each mill comes with typically “extra” features, such as an on-board computer, power draw-bar, and a table-mounted ATC.  This is truly a turn-key machine that can start making a difference in your shop from day one.
